You do not need a budgeting app. You need to find that Costco receipt before the return window closes, and the plumber's invoice when you sell the house. Keeply reads the document, files it by type, and reminds you before a date passes.
Now on the App Store. Free to try — no account needed to start.
What Keeply keeps
If yes, it belongs in Keeply. If no — a coffee receipt, a utility bill you already paid by autopay — it does not, and we deliberately leave it out.
Why it's different
A medical statement prints Total charges $1,240 next to Patient responsibility $225. Keeply files $225. Grabbing the bigger number would inflate your yearly medical spend fivefold — and you would never notice.
Keeply only shows a return or warranty date when it is printed on the document. It will not guess one from a store's usual policy. A deadline you trusted and missed is worse than no deadline at all.
Text recognition runs on-device with Apple's Vision framework. When cloud processing is enabled it improves accuracy, and if it is unavailable the app quietly falls back to the on-device reader — you can always save the document.
How it works
Point at the document. Keeply crops to the frame, so what you see is what gets saved. Long receipts can be captured across multiple pages.
Merchant, date, amount, category, line items and any printed deadline are read out automatically. No form to fill in — it goes straight into your records.
Filter by type, category, date or amount. Set a reminder and Keeply nudges you before a return window, warranty or payment date runs out.
Inside the app
No mockups — these are screens from the build that is on the App Store today.
Privacy
A receipt carries the last four digits of your card and everything you bought. A medical statement carries more. So here is exactly what happens to it.
The first pass over every document happens on your iPhone using Apple's on-device Vision framework. Nothing has to leave the phone for Keeply to read it.
When cloud backup is on, your records and receipt images are stored on our servers so a new phone gets everything back. What we store and for how long is spelled out in the Privacy Policy.
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There is no advertising in Keeply and no third-party analytics that profiles you.
Download any record as a PDF, details and receipt image together. Ask us to erase your data and we will — details and the contact address are in the Privacy Policy.

FAQ
No, and it deliberately is not one. Keeply does not link to your bank, does not categorise your spending and does not show a big total on the home screen. It has one job: keep the documents you will need again, and hand them back when you do.
No. You can start scanning straight away — a guest account is created silently and tied to your device. Signing in with Apple is optional and only needed if you want your records to follow you to another device.
Every field is editable from the record's detail screen. Keeply is built to leave a field blank rather than fill it with a plausible guess — an empty box you can type into is far better than a wrong number that looks right.
Yes, when the deadline is printed on the document. Keeply schedules a local notification a few days ahead — you choose how many. It will never invent a deadline from a store's general return policy.
Yes. Open a record and tap Download — you get a PDF with the parsed details and the receipt image. Receipt images stay on your device and, if cloud backup is on, in your account until you ask us to erase them.
Keeply is available in the United States with an English interface, and it is tuned for US receipts, medical statements and citations. It requires iOS 17 or later.
