Terms of Use
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Moro AI for using Keeply. They also serve as the end-user licence agreement (EULA) required by the App Store.
1. Accepting these terms
By downloading or using Keeply you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old.
2. What Keeply does
Keeply lets you capture receipts, bills, invoices, medical statements, service records, citations, warranties and donation receipts, reads the details from them, files them by type, and reminds you before a date printed on the document passes.
3. Subscriptions
Keeply Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription:
- Monthly — $6.99 per month, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Yearly — $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other storefronts; the price shown in the App at the time of purchase is the price that applies.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
If you are offered a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. The free plan
Keeply can be used without a subscription. The free plan includes a trial scan and keeps up to 100 records. Beyond that, scanning and saving new records require Keeply Pro. The exact limits are shown in the App and may be adjusted; we will not reduce them for records you have already saved.
5. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. We cannot issue refunds directly. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Your content
Your documents and the information read from them are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you: to store your documents, process them so the fields can be extracted, and sync them to your other devices. We do not use them to train machine-learning models and we do not sell them.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not using Keeply to store material that is unlawful.
7. Accuracy — please read this one
Keeply reads documents automatically, and automatic reading is never perfect. You are responsible for checking anything that matters. In particular:
- Keeply only shows a return, warranty, claim, service or payment date when that date is printed on the document. It does not calculate deadlines from a retailer's general policy. A date shown in the App is a copy of what was printed, not legal or financial advice about your rights.
- Amounts, dates, merchants and categories may be misread. Every field is editable — correct anything that is wrong.
- Keeply is not tax, accounting, legal or medical advice. Talk to a professional before relying on your records for a tax filing, an insurance claim or a dispute.
8. Your data and backups
We take reasonable care to keep your records available, but no service is immune to loss. Keep your own copies of documents that matter — any record can be downloaded as a PDF from its own page at any time.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- use the App to store or distribute unlawful material;
- attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours;
- overload, probe or interfere with our servers, or automate the App at a scale that does.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why.
10. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may need to interrupt the service for maintenance. If we discontinue Keeply entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your records before access ends.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed return window, warranty period or payment deadline. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and Moro AI, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be surfaced in the App. Continuing to use Keeply after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
